As this fabric is in very limited supply, samples swatches are not available.

100% organic cambric cotton block print (wadding normal cotton). 

A folky black and white floral Indian block printed quilted fabric, perfect for quilted jackets, gilets, cushions or coats. 

These fabrics are quilted with straight lines every 1cm. Every metre or so you will get a stitching line aross the width of the cloth. 

The quilting runs parallel to the selvedge.

Suitable for simple quilted jackets like the Hovea by Megan Nielsen, a beautiful Grace Dolman Quilted Jacket, Ayora Jacket (you would need to have a centre back seam due to the narrow width of this fabric) or a super comfy Nova Coat, oversized tops like the All Around Crew or the Sidney, big bouncy cushions, bags like the Orton Bag or simply bind the edges to make a quick quilt. We recommend not using this for something that will sit in direct sunlight.

Due to the nature of the natural dying process there might be some colour variation on the light base colour.

Please note: Indian hand-printed cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running. Do not tumble dry.
