Refund policy

Pattern Scissors Frock is happy to replace or exchange most items within 14 days of purchase as long as they are returned in original condition and packaging, if present, is intact and shipping will be at the customers expense.

The exceptions to this are:

  • Cut length fabric
  • Cut length elastic
  • Sewing paper patterns (due to copyright)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance/Sale items

Unless these are deemed faulty in some way. All faulty items can be returned for a replacement or exchange within 14 days.

 

Damages and issues

We have made our best efforts to photograph and replicate colours of fabrics accurately on this site. Please be aware that different computer screens may display colours differently. We inspect fabrics carefully before sending them out but if we have overlooked a defect or you have specific feedback on a product please let us know so we may be able to help.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@patternscissorsfrock.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds 

An administration fee of 6% of the total transaction amount,  will be deducted in the event of a refund being issued.

No refunds will be issued for shipping expenses when orders have been lodged and dispatched.
