Garment Details: The Sasha Shift Dress is a simple all season mini dress. Featuring a front and back square neckline with all-in-one facing.
This pattern could be creatively hacked into a maxi dress with side slits, make it originally you with a frill to the hem or make the dress shorter and turn it into a tank top.
Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes A-J : Bust 84-137cm, Waist 64-117cm and Hips 89-142cm. Sizing, finished garment measurements and fabric requirements can be found by referring to the charts in the images.
Fabric Suggestions: Choose a light to mid weight woven fabric; such as linen, cotton, viscose, denim. For the lining use a light-weight fabric that has the same washing & handling requirements as your base fabric.
Heavy weight fabrics are only suitable for this pattern, if your finish the neckline and the armscye with bias binding instead of the all-in-one-facing. The denim sample is sewn with a 12oz denim, it is recommended not to use anything heavier than this as it will be too thick for the "burrito" method of applying the facings.
Trims required: Matching thread, optional topstitching thread.
Skill Level: Confident beginner-intermediate skill level.
Seam allowances are included in the pattern.
