A cornflower blue and dark aubergine stripe. 2cm wide stripe that runs parallel to the selvedge.

This cloth would make beautiful skirts, dresses, tops and shirts. It would also be suitable for lightweight curtains.

Some pattern suggestions are the Florence Dress or Top, a Cloud Dress, an All State shirt, a lovely Bellbird Button Up shirt, or a really nice Sagebrush Top.

Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

Pre-washed at the mill.

For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.

Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry. Ironing will not loose the surface seersucker texture. Please allow for a shrinkage of 3-5%.
