100% Organic cotton.
A unique handcrafted Kala cotton in deep teal/indigo blue with tiny white ditsy flowers woven through using extra weft technique.
Extra weft is where additional weft yarns in contrasting colours, are woven through to create a motif. This yarn is woven in with the structural yarns.
This cloth would make beautiful skirts, dresses, tops and shirts. It would also be suitable for lightweight curtains.
Suitable Patterns: The Etta, Celeste top, the All State shirt, an Edie top, Revel Topper, a Donny Shirt, a Sagebrush top.

Washing & Care: Do pre wash your fabric before sewing as a small amount of shrinkage may occur. For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
Please allow for a shrinkage of 3-5%.
Please note: As these Indian cloths are handmade, they are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave or print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
