Garment Details: At last you can make your own knickers from lightweight woven cottons that are not a bikini style, that cover your bottom, and have a low leg line!
The Anna Knicker pattern is for three variations - an elastic leg knicker with a choice of a hip height rise or a below natural waist rise, or a French Knicker.
Separate full multi sized pattern pieces are provided for the French knicker and the elastic leg knicker. All versions have a low leg line and full bottom coverage. Cut on the bias they provide wearing ease.
Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes XS-XX Luscious. Sizes go from extra small to extra extra luscious to cater for almost everyone! Full hip is the measurement of the fullest part of your hip - usually around or just below your hip bone.
X Small - to fit full hip to 93cm
Small - to fit full hip to 98cm
Medium - to fit full hip to 103cm
Luscious - to fit full hip to 108cm
X Luscious - to fit full hip to 113cm
XX Luscious - to fit full hip to 118cm
Fabric Suggestions: Light weight cottons such as voile, lawn, batiste, seersucker,etc.
Fabric requirements: View A & B (low elastic leg knicker) all sizes 110cm -150cm width: 0.6 metres . View C (French knicker) all sizes 110cm-150cm width: 0.8 metres
Trims required: Matching thread, knicker elastic approx 2m.
Skill Level: This pattern is suitable for the adventurous (confident) beginner.
