We recommend doing the following to help this not to happen:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWash your denim on its own for the first wash and for the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt.
